CUTTER MOD. UTE

System for a precise, constant and uniform cut of mushrooms, tomatoes, aubergines, potatoes, salad, yam.
The machine consists of a loading hopper placed on top of a processing cylinder. A special conveyor accompanies the product to a blade (diameter 400 mm.) Positioned on the work surface. A cutting regulator allows to determine the desired thickness, from 2 to 20 mm. with the possibility to adjust it even during processing.
The machine is equipped with a sharpener near the blade. Hourly production is between 400 and 500 kg / h. depending on the thickness of cut and the type of product.
The machine was built taking into account the cleaning and hygiene needs required by the food sector.
