Built for the production of SLICE, STISCES, CUBES of products such as: eggplant, potatoes, sweet potatoes, manioc, iam, beets, rape.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

1) FETTE PRODUCTION

The large hopper introduces the product inside the impeller which, through the centrifugal force, comes into contact with the FIXED BLADE.

With an adjustment that can be easily reached even when the machine is working, the thickness of the SLICE can be varied. MINIMUM VALUE 2mm.

MAXIMUM VALUE 25.5mm.

2) STRIP PRODUCTION

By inserting the CIRCULAR BLADE GROUP in the special fixing area in the immediate vicinity of the fixed blade for the slices, the LAME GROUP transforms the slices into STRIPS. The group consists of 25 blades and the distance between them determines the width of the strips.
MINIMUM WIDTH OF STRIPED PRODUCT 5mm. (multiples of 5mm.)
The Mod. PM 08 can be equipped with different groups with different sizes.

3) CUBIC PRODUCTION

Inserting the TRANSPORT BLADES CUBE

GROUP in the special area transforms the slices into CUBES.

The CUBETTATOTRE group is powered by an independent inverter-controlled motor.

The cutting speed of the CROSS-BLADES determines the size of the CUBES.

The speed is adjusted by a CONTROL PANEL on the display.

The Mod PM08 is easily accessible for maximum cleanliness in all its parts, including the innermost one.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel in all its parts in contact with the product and complies with European hygiene standards.

Requires only minimal routine maintenance.
